Divigneto Development- Master Plan

Villaggio di Vigneto is a Comprehensive Master Planned Community just over one hours drive from Sacramento and Lake Tahoe. Located at an ideal 1300 foot elevation and encompassing over fifty three acres of oak covered foothills in western Nevada County. More than 60% of the total acreage is preserved forever in dedicated green space. The 49 residents of this hillside community will enjoy a truly special lifestyle, with the amenities of a private community center/clubhouse, swimming pool, hiking trails, sweeping lake views and a Tuscan ambiance.

Specified design elements encompass the entire development from the primary entry features and rock retaining walls to sign pillars and landscaping, culminating with residential and clubhouse designs that will establish a Mediterranean architectural presence reminiscent of Umbria and Tuscany.

The initial homes constructed on lots 1-17 will establish the character of the development. The upper vineyard on the site will be surrounded by 14 lots of varying sizes for owner designed residences.
